"Smiling" Steve Maher  played bass in numerous first class tribute bands up and down the East Coast when he wasn't sailing or fishing or both.  He's even played in Costa Rica!!!   Steve has been with "Changes" almost since the beginning, oh-so-long ago.  Steve also adds to the background vocals of Changes in Latitudes.
